Vient de paraître: Œuvre posthume THADDAEUS NSENGIYAREMYE was born in 1959 in Rwanda. He was graduated in English language from National University of Rwanda (1983) and has, in 1988-1989, attended a six-month multimedia training course at CFPJ International In Paris, France. From 1986, he was responsible for "La RELÈVE", the Rwandan government weekly Newspaper edited in French until he decided to launch a private general newspaper, IKINDI, interested in Kigali news items in 1991. When he left Rwanda consecutively to the renewal of the hostilities between the Rwandan government forces and RPF rebellion in 1994, NSENGA (abridged form for NSENGIYAREMYE) was the editor of IKINDI, Secretary General of the Association of Rwandan journalists (AJR) and the Reuters' freelance correspondent in Rwanda since 1987. He closely watched the war from the start. He notably interviewed President MUSEVENI of Uganda in Washington DC the same day his RPF" boys" attacked Rwanda on October 1, 1990, and followed the fall of Kigali in July 1994 on Reuters' screens at Nairobi regional office of the world news agency.
