A ma connaissance, le Rwanda est le deuxième pays consacré à Dieu par le Roi après Israël parmi toutes les nations. Que chaque rwandais sache qu'il est mis à part pour servir Dieu Tout Puissant. Il n'est pas n'importe qui pour offenser Dieu car le péché déplait Notre Seigneur.

Que la grâce, le pardon et la paix de Dieu nous soient accordés maintenant.

"Ingabire violated contract - Landlord

The landlord of the house that the embattled leader of the yet-to-be registered FDU-Inkingi, Victoire Ingabire was renting in an upscale Kigali neighbourhood has refuted media claims that the tenant was evicted under unclear circumstances.

Speaking to The New Times, Alphonse Katerebe said that Ingabire, deliberately violated the residential contract.

Katerebe the owner of house in Gacuriro, said that he had rented his house to a person known as Alice Hirwa, with whom they signed a contract.

“Article five of our contract says that any tenant cannot transfer a renting contract to another person unless the land lord approves; this is not what happened, Hirwa transferred the contract to Ingabire without my knowledge,” Katerebe said.

“This was in total violation of the agreement; I based on article five to terminate the contract and evict them from my house.”

Katerebe said that Hirwa had clearly assured him that the house would be occupied her family but he was surprised to realize that it had turned into an office

“Hirwa lied to me about what she intended to do with my house,” he said.

“If you decide to rent a house, then you should respect what is in the contract. We only reacted to the tenant who breached our contract, we don’t know Ingabire anywhere in the whole entire arrangement,” Katerebe said adding that issues have been settled with their lawyers.

He, however, pointed out that he would not have hesitated renting his house to Ingabire if she had come in person and signed the contract.
